The Florentine Dress

Our Florentine Dress is currently on loan to The National Museum of Scotland.

Reflecting an organic and spontaneous design process, the Florentine dress is a re-worked showpiece design from the 'Les Monstres De Monaco' collection. Thousands of hand-pliered silver pieces hold the design together as the only means of construction, creating a striking surface technique and glittering forms. Coupled with this, Swarovski® crystals and digitally designed lace embellish the design.

The Florentine Dress reflects the soul of the collection as the most extreme and technique-heavy piece - displaying the full essence of the story as well as the personal and autobiographical research involved.

The Florentine Dress is a protected and registered design of Lorn Jean Ltd. with registration no.6013541.
