Please allow additional time for deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, and Isle of Man.
How much is delivery?
Standard Delivery (3–5 working days, signature required):
- Orders under £200: £3.95
- Orders over £200: Complimentary
Next Working Day Delivery (if ordered before 11am, signature required):
- £8 – Includes DHL service point option if no one is available to sign.
What is your return policy?
We hope your new piece becomes something cherished. If you change your mind, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- Complimentary UK returns are available.
- Standard delivery fees will be refunded on UK and EU orders.
- Express and next-day delivery charges are non-refundable.
Please note: Items that are personalised, engraved, embossed, bespoke, or modified are not eligible for return. Returned pieces must be in perfect condition—unworn, with all original packaging, tags, and protective elements intact.

USA Delivery & Returns
How much is shipping to the USA?
Delivery to the USA typically takes 3–7 working days and starts from $15. For the most accurate rate, use the shipping calculator in your shopping bag.
Taxes and duties are included at the checkout—there are no additional fees upon arrival.
Please note that customs procedures may occasionally cause delays beyond our estimated timeframe. These are carried out at the discretion of local authorities and are outside of our control.
What is your return policy for USA customers?
We are currently unable to cover return costs for USA orders. If you wish to return an item, you must request this within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns outside this window cannot be accepted.
Items returned without prior request will not be processed.
If preferred, we can assist in arranging your return via DHL, with the cost deducted from your refund. Please contact our client care team for a quote.
When returning your item, we recommend using a tracked and signed-for service. Please note:
- Items must arrive in perfect, unused condition, with all packaging and protective elements intact, as outlined in our refund policy.
- International shipping fees are non-refundable.
- We cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. For this reason, if you choose to use your own courier, we strongly recommend a reputable tracked and signed-for service.
- Clearly mark the parcel as “Return shipment to origin” to avoid customs delays.

Europe & Other International
In addition to the UK and USA, we currently ship to The Netherlands, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, and Switzerland.
All international orders are shipped securely via DHL, with tracking and a signature required on delivery. Taxes and duties are included at the checkout—there are no additional fees upon arrival.

What is your return policy for Europe & Other International customers?
We are currently unable to cover return costs for European or International orders. If you wish to return an item, you must request this within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns requested outside this window cannot be accepted.
