Please be aware that deliveries to the Scottish Isles, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, and certain parts of Scotland may take a bit longer.

UK Express 2-3 Working Days (Signature Required) : £3.95
Delivery to Pickup Point - Evri 2-3 Working Days : £4.95
UK Next Working Day (If order placed before 11am. Signature Required.) : £7.95
What is your return policy?
We hope you love your new piece(s).
If you change your mind about your purchase, you have 14 days from the day of delivery to return your order.
We offer complimentary UK Returns.
Standard delivery charges will also be refunded on UK and EU orders. If you opted for an express, next day delivery option or pick up point, these costs are non-refundable.
It is not possible to return creations that have been personalised, engraved, embossed or modified in any way, or that have been bespoke-made.
The creations that you opt to return must be in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all original packaging, gifts and protective materials in place. Any tags, stickers or returns protection cords/labels must be in tact for the item to be eligible for return.

USA Delivery & Returns
How much is shipping to the USA?
USA Approximately 3-7 working days : $20
We send deliveries to the USA with taxes and duties paid.
For international orders, customs clearance may occasionally result in delays beyond our estimated delivery times. Unfortunately, these procedures are managed by the customs authorities in the destination country, making it challenging for us to expedite the process. As inspections are conducted randomly, delivery timelines may be affected and fall outside of our control.
What is your return policy for USA customers?
We are currently unable to cover the cost of returns from the USA. Please note that you will be fully liable for the cost of postage for returning an item to us. You must initiate your return within 14 days. Returns requested outside of this timeframe will not be accepted.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return within 14 days will not be accepted.
We advise that when you are returning items to us, to use tracked postage, requiring a signature - as we are unable to refund items which are lost in the post. We will process your return on receipt of the item in it's perfect, undamaged condition as detailed in our refund policy. Please note, international postage is non-refundable.

Europe & Other International
We currently offer shipping options domestically in the UK and internationally to the USA. We are changing our shipping partner and therefore have paused the automatic checkout options for other Europe and International customers.
Please email us with your request and we will provide further details along with a quote for shipping.
Please note that we are currently unable to ship to Brazil, Kuwait, Indonesia, India, Malaysia, Mexico, Portugal, Russia, Switzerland and Ukraine due to shipping restrictions.
